 | Preliminary Design: The Architect confers with the Owner to determine the Project Scope; visits the site to study orientation and placement; develops Floor Plans and Elevations; discusses construction time and project cost.
Contract Documents: The Architect prepares all essential documents required for bidding and construction.
Bid and Negotiations: The Architect advises the Owner regarding qualified Contractors and provides Plans and Specifications for Bidding the Work.
Construction Administration: The Architect reviews pay applications submitted by the Contractor and makes site visits to review and evaluate the Work.
