Master Planning is a view of the future.   Master Planning requires detailed study and evaluation the Owner's Building Program requirements.  Master Plans are often no more than broad brush strokes indicating overall site potential and  direction, rather than a blueprint for future construction.  Knodel Associate Architects, AIA, provide Master Plans which reflect the Owner's vision of the future and Schematic Facility Designs that are often used as blueprints for construction.
Master Planning begins with
evaluation of potential sites of construction.  Evaluation of building sites is a function of
the Owner's Building Program.  Once the Owner's objectives, schedule, financial constraints and spacial requirements are realized, potential sites can be evaluated.
Site selection and site planning is the most critical proceedure in the whole of Master Planning.  Suitable site orientation, topography conforming to acceptable standards and sufficient acreage is essential to the selection of the proper site.  The Architect, Owner, Civil engineer and Geotechnical engineer should collectively evaluate potential sites.  Let us show you how to plan for your future, and how Master Planning can be provided at NO COST.
